· Start regedit.exe
· Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
· Locate PendingFileRenameOperations
· Remove any data associated with the value (you may want to export the value for later review)
· Reboot and rerun installation, check should pass
